Establishing of a Small Company

The present thesis deals with the establishment of a small business. It focuses more specifically on a business oriented on French wines and specialities. The theoretical part deals with the general explanation of concepts such as entrepreneur and small business, theory of business plan, collection and analysis of market-connected data. The analytical part includes research in the form of questionnaire with the aim of discovering customers´ preferences in the gastronomical market. The analytical part contains further analysis according to Porter, SLEPT analysis and SWOT analysis. The practical part focuses on the business plan of the small business with all its requirements.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

Motivation. An internal state, which helps not only in the performance of work, but in managing everyday activities. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company. In the first part, terms related to motivation are defined. The following part describes the use of these definitions to analyse the motivation program in the company by combining quantitative and qualitative research; data validation using triangulation method provided more relevant information. This led to identification of strong and weak parts of the company motivation program. In the last part, the found deficiencies were used to form proposals for the company and the optimalization of the program.

The potential for tourism development in the South Bohemian Region

The main goal of my Bachelor thesis is to analyze the potential for tourism development in the South Bohemian Region. The studied region is divided into nine tourist areas. The potential is evaluated using the modified method of Jan Bína from 2002. The highest value of potential is 229 points in the tourist area Lipensko, the lowest in Třeboňsko (166 points). The evaluation of the real use of the potential is based on a survey through questionnaires. All of the 207 questionnaires were gathered through November and December 2021. In general, the potential of the South Bohemian Region is using sufficiently. Another objective of the questionnaire research was to find out what respondents are dissatisfied with in this region, what they lack here or what they would welcome here. To increase the use of potential, I propose to build a new aquapark in Toulava, to increase the number of parking places and better promoting children's cultural events.

Visitors` Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Prácheň Tourist Area)

My main goal of this undergraduate thesis is an identification of the factors influencing visitors' satisfaction with the Prácheň region. It analyses the visitors' perception of quality and quantity of the primary and secondary tourism offer within this region. The work is based on primary data gathered through questionnaire survey within the month of August 2019. Three hundred questionnaires are used for the research. Detailed analyses of the data gather show that visitors of Prácheň region. Are mostly satisfied. This destiantion offers historical, artistic and cultural sights as well as sports and recreation facilities or various festivals. Both the primary and secondary offers of Prácheňsko region are very rich and the region itself has a big natural and cultural-historical potential. After reaching the goals of the thesis, are suggested some modifications that improve the offered products in order to increase visitors' satisfaction with the region.

Didactic utilization of selected woody plants around natural monument Čertova kazatelna

This diploma thesis is focused on the didactic use of woody plants in teaching at the secondary level of elementary schools and in the corresponding years of grammar schools. The purpose is to appropriately use trees and other woody plants that are close to schools and are available for teaching. The theoretical part deals with basic curricular documents, methods of teaching possibly used in science or biology that have been briefly characterized, and the representation of the topic of woody plants and their method of processing in commonly available textbooks. The following chapter provides a description of the woody plants used in the process of making of the practical materials. The research of the thesis includes a questionnaire survey done among teachers of science or biology at chosen elementary and grammar schools in Pilsen and surrounding towns. The research investigated the teaching methods and the actual use of woody plants in lessons and was evaluated afterwards. Based on the survey, a motivational teaching material was created and it was verified in practice with pupils of a specific grammar school. Implementation of methods of critical thinking in teaching photosynthesis

This study discuss two phenomenones. The first phenomenon is photosynthesis; this process played a key role in the emergence of life and is necessary to maintain a various life on our Earth. Photosynthesis enables plants to use a bottomless supply of solar energy to produce organic substance and release oxygen. The second phenomenon is critical thinking; the ability to sort and evaluate new information and form "your" own opinion indispensable ability for modern human. In a theoretical part of the study is dealt with term critical thinking, teaching methods of critical thinking and photosynthesis of biological and didactic point of view. In a practical part of the study is dealt with compilation and verification materials for thematic unit of photosynthesis, which would lead to the development of critical thinking of high school pupils (students). Furthermore in the practical part is a questionnaire survey, which is evaluated existing using of methods of critical thinking at biology teachers at high schools and is analyzed their teaching methods to the topic of photosynthesis. In the study is dealt with processing the topic of photosynthesis in selected high school textbooks.

Environmental Friendly Accommodation in a Particular Area

The aim of the thesis was to identify environment-friendly approaches in the offer of accommodation in subject area - Cesky Krumlov, to assess the importance of friendly approaches in the strategy of companies offering accommodation and to determine preferences and interest of visitors of the area about range of accommodation that is environmentally friendly. The results of paper and concept of measure for Český Krumlov district are at the close of the paper.

Speaker Attitudes to the Freiburg Regional Dialect. A Contribution to the Relationship of the Standard Language, Colloquial Speech and Dialect.

This thesis is concerned with the attitude of speakers (people) from 'Freiburg' and the local dialect, other dialects and also standard language. The theoretical section of the thesis provides analysis of the terms: standard language, colloquial language and dialect. These terms are important for the questionnaire research, which is submitted within the practical section of the thesis. In addition, the thesis also gives consideration to both the present and possible future of this dialect and standard language. Supporting graphics illustrate these relationships and attitudes of the speakers (people) from the perspective of their gender, age and origin.
